To ensure everyone’s safety we have a number of items that are prohibited. General items listed below are NOT permitted and will be confiscated if found.
- Glass bottles and jars
- Gas canisters larger than 300g
- Smoke canisters
- Illegal substances
- Legal Highs
- Nitrous Oxide
- Laser pens
- Poles, banners and flags
- Animals (other than registered guide or hearing dogs)
- Any items which may be used as a weapon
- Any form of illegal drugs
Items deemed dangerous by members of staff even if not listed here will be confiscated and if necessary, handed over to the police.
The use of CCTV and security may enable the detection of prohibited items, where subsequently if discovered in possession, you will be removed from the festival. For everyone safety, bags and tickets will be checked upon arrival so please bear with us.
Management, at its discretion, may confiscate any item that is deemed and/or suspected illegal or unsuitable. Anyone found in possession may be arrested or refused entry to the festival. This includes, without limitation, illegal or intoxicating substances including; Illegal drugs, “legal/herbal” highs, new psychoactive substances, nitrous oxide (NOS/laughing gas) and unidentifiable substances.
Recognisable prescribed medicine which is clearly labelled and packaged is permitted into the event. If in doubt, a letter of authorisation can be requested from Management in advance – firstname.lastname@example.org
Please don’t bring a bag unless it is absolutely essential. Those who need to bring bags will be separated into bag search lanes, and may be delayed as a result.
